First of all, thank you for this valuable information!
How should we greet each interviewer when we enter. What do you recommend we as interviewees do in regards to a hand shake? What is your impression on a person who takes charge and extends their hand first versus a person who waits to be “offered” a hand? I don’t want to appear overpowering, but I also don’t want to appear shy and lacking confidence.
